walk along the water of Leith and include Modern Art Galleries.

Or Arthur's Seat for a view of it all.

Don't try and get anywhere by bus would be my other tip.

Not strictly in the centre and deffo need a car to get there but Jupiter Artland :gbanana: (also only open until October)

If just coming in to the centre then walking the royal mile covers a lot of pretty interesting history. Some of the tours are good and are maybe only an hour, then time for a wee drink in one of the trad pubs or a tin up calton hill :msnparty:

Thanks everyone for all the ideas! We have just an hour and a half before a work team dinner so I think a wander up the high streeet listening to your podcast Scraps and a wee dram might be best. I however will be going to Jupiter Artland and haven't been to the Museum in ages ! :gbanana: :heart:
