I loved taking Sunday practice! the first one on my own!!! Well done everyone, you are all looking amazing and your endurance during the hour of scrimmage was fantastic! Thanks Bangers and Knock, I'm amazed at how quickly y'all are getting so kick ass! I can see the huge effort everyone puts in and it is really paying off! And MASSIVE thanks to Ella and Donald for reffing, we couldn't have done it without you guys.

I'm late on the ball here after missing the first three Wrecking Balls practices -- I was so nervous about getting back into it, but Rich and Stitches were brilliant coaches! You both did an amazing job setting an encouraging, yet challenging tone for the whole practice. Thanks for quelling my fears and making Sunday a happy place!
