The Twisted Thistles

The Twisted Thistles are ARRG’s all star travel team, selected from our WFTDA roster of 20, which represents the best of the league. Since their inception in 2009 they’ve witnessed the explosion of roller derby in Europe, competing both in Scotland’s first-ever roller derby tournament and in Europe’s first as well.

They compete against teams as close as Glasgow and as far away as Stuttgart and Berlin, with a record that places them amongst Europe’s best.
