I'm threadbumping this awesome old conversation -- seems appropriate given the number of changes and 'graduations' going on right now!

I found it again when I was looking for something else totally unrelated in my old e-mails. Back when Hex and I were just starting to psyche ourselves up to sign up for Fresh Meat (we traded off changing our minds about it, wavering back and forth for ages!) I'd seen this and e-mailed it to her, all excited and scared at the same time.
