Hex already posted this on the Facebook page, but thought I'd put it here too... Turns out that Tom Lenk (aka Andrew from Buffy!!!) is doing a one-night-only show in the Fringe called Nerdgasm. Hex and I (and our widows) already have tickets, but as there are more than a few nerdly-inclined ARRGers we thought some of you'd like to get in on this action too: http://www.edfringe.com/whats-on/comedy ... =33%3A8370It's 12 August at 22.40 at the Pleasance Courtyard, costs £12.50 and lasts an hour. It is so full of awesome that it belches ninjas and farts pirates. Here's the Fringe description: Nerdgasm [n]: The excitement of one’s nerdy or geeky tendencies causing a sensory overload. For one night only, Tom Lenk (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Broadway’s Rock of Ages, Date Movie) performs his hilarious nerd-inspired (Time Out London Critics Choice) musical comedy show. With up-tempo songs and low budget visual aids, Tom reveals his geekiest stories from a career spent playing a nerd in theatre, film and reality. ‘Sweet and witty’ (Independent), ‘A welcome change from the average comedy show ... the laughs kept coming throughout’ **** (PinkPaper.com).

Haha amazing. but £12.50?
I would go if it was cheaper. There is only so much I am willing to pay to see Andrew singing silly songs. I can just watch "Storyteller" for freesies.

On a nerdy note, Neil Gaiman is coming to the fringe and loves roller derby, so I think we should go on a mission to get him to a bout!

Hmmm, sounds like a job for the P&P committee! Maybe we can throw in on the agenda for tomorrow?

Spotted him last night at the Pasture at Bristo Square. Took me ages to figure out where I recognised him from! He looks handsomer in real life than he does in Buffy !
