Hi all you beautiful people,

So there's this thing happening on Facebook just now, organised by Phoenix skater Rhea CycleHer DerbaLife (who survived an abusive relationship) with the help of Jerry Selzer - it's called "Derby Against Domestic Violence", and it's gone from a few people to a couple of thousand over the past week or so.

The goal is to pull together resources on domestic violence and throw the support of the derby community behind DV victims. Basically to organise, derby-style. So far they've used the wall of the group to pool resources and to share personal stories, but they've also purchased a new domain name and they're actively looking for leagues in other regions to endorse the group and to get involved.

You need to request permission to join (lots of people with abusive exes who don't want to get stalked in the group).

I'd be keen to get ARRG involved in this - anyone else interested?
