Hi, My name is Danger Mouth and I really love Roller Derby. Disease's Mum rocks my socks off. My best Roller Pal is Habs coz she can knit, loves animals, used to have anger management issues and knows how to party.

I love everyone who has anything to do with derby, however, as it is the best thing in the world to be involved in. Derby should unify and multiply, so ladies and gents, get your skates on and join the arrg lovelies for a skate-astic time!

I work with ARRG (my beloved first league) from afar as I have upped and moved to Montreal where the lanky one aka SiKO got a sweet job offer.

So now I spend a lot of my time dabbling in forum/web based activities, encouraging SiKO to create hilarious photoshop pics and generally making sure no bugger forgets me

hey folks, my name is moxie (hi moxie) and i frickin love roller derby!
i started with ARRG riiiight at the beginning and was hooked as soon as i strapped on my skates!
a year and a half down the line it dominates my life and fills it in a way i didn't know it needed dominated!!
it is chocka full of girls who are just ace. single handedly the best thing i have ever ever got involved in and i urge everyone and their mum (that was for you danger!) to do the same!!!

Hi i'm Blackjack Belle and i'm a Derby addict.

I have been skating since some girl put up a myspace called "Roller Derby Scotland" and added me as a friend we held a meeting saying "why don't we have derby in Scotland!" and well i've just never got away from it since then. That was almost 3 years ago. Since then i've given up kung fu and sacrificed more time and money than is sensible to a sport which i can honestly say is the best thing ever!!!
I've been lucky enough to get the chance to train with Calgary and London teams both of which are amazing. I helped try to start a team in Aberdeen but due to commitments and lack of facilities I found that it worked for me to train with ARRG... and their uniforms match my hair. I now love ARRG and just wish i could hurry up and win the lottery so i could move closer so i can train with them more often!

Im Armalite Angie.. I been skating since early 2007 when i joined GRG after the first year traveling to the west up to three times a week, I thought I'd advertize in the Black Bull for new skaters that i could travel with, but to ma suprise the Derby mayhem hit home in Auld Reekie with avengance... oooohhh u have to feel the ARRG love and within months i was skating within ARRG n said goodbye to ma first team.
I Love the Derby Family and ARRG just rock ma world.

Like ma name says im a Machine Gunner and if i get u in ma sights im gonna hit u hard and take u out like a trained snipper u'll never know whats hit u!!!

Im Bobscene Behaviour. I started coming along to practice about a year ago, but had some time in hospital, so have only been taking part for about 8 months. Its awesome. Ill admit i had some fear when i started (still do sometimes...), not about getting hurt or anything, but about getting in the way/not being good enough (im one of the larger ladies ) but everyone is reeeeally lovely, and reeeally friendly and its amazing and awesome and great fun!! You do get kinda addicted, and nights where you cant make practice cause of work (like tonight..grrr), i actually find myself getting really frustrated!
Ive started getting involved behind the scenes too on the web committee and amd loving seeing what goes on... so much effort into producing a wonderful team/community.

Hiyazz. I'm Fight Cub. I've been skating since i was a little 18 year old and i'm now old and wizened at 19. I had my first bout a couple of weeks ago and it was literally the best thing ever! If you think sex is good... Derby is my favourite thing EVER! I met so many fantabulous people and i've been on telly I now also have a beautiful derby wifey! Mo is one of the most awesome people i have had the pleasure to marry and makes me feel all mushy. She is like a big sister that i am attracted to. WIN.

Hi my name is Haberbashery. I saw my first rollerderby match 2 years ago in San Fransisco and I loved every minute of it. I've always skated since I got my first pair of fisher price skates that my dad bought me from the jolly green giant. When I put them on in the carpark (I insisted I couldn't wait til I got home) I realised I loved rollerskating. I joined arrg last november because my boyfriend worked in studio 13 and they sponser us. Fanny thunders took me for the first time cos I'm a woos and hate meeting people on my own and I was scared that everyone would be in their groups and not talk to me. When I met everyone I realised how wrong I was. Everyone in arrg has been so supportive and lovely. I live in Glasgow and have to get 2 trains and a bus to get to practice but it's completely worth it.
I became a sponser of the team recently and it shows how supportive the girls are. I was already making birthday necklaces and making cheap custom stuff for them but they've ensured that I now get something back for this which is awesome. My best derby friend is Danger mouth because she has giant jugs, a kick ass sense of humour and she gets me. but I love all the love in arrg I love the fact that there is a small group of losers (daisy, moxie, meg to name a few) that love the mushy stuff and I can chat about cakes, knitting and love with! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

My name is Tarty, and i love to party!

My first skates were those yellow plastic ones that strap onto your traininers, which i had when i was about 5. I then graduated to some pink and yellow quads which I got for my birthday from Argos a couple of years later. Following a lengthy sabbatical from the world of roller skating, i rejoined the dynasty in June last year.
I love being part of such an incredible world wide network of women, who are all awesome and beutiful! There is no better feeling than getting on track with your team at your side, and playing Derby!
You build confidence, fitness and have a never ending supply of birthday nights out to attend!
Now what could be better than that!
