I sent an email about this but never got a reply.
I went to the Fresh Meat Sunday at the end of August but managed to injure myself the next week. I haven't skated since then. I was hoping to go to the FMS tomorrow to basically start over. I have all my own kit and I pretty much know what to do, so I don't really need a buddy or gear.
Can someone let me know if I can come along or if it would be better if I just start from next Sunday?

Hiya Rachell,
I am not on Sports and Training OR New Skaters, but I might be able to help.
If you have been to a Fresh Meat Sunday in the past, you are officially allowed ot come to ANY Sunday session for New Skaters. However, seeing as you have been injured, I can understand why you would want a fresh start.
I reckon, if you haven't heard back from anyone by email, this means they don't have space/gear for this month.
HOWEVER, if you have your own gear, I'd say the best way to start would be to come along next Sunday, as most of the skaters will be fresh from Fresh Meat, and so you won't be covering anything too complicated.
Does that make sense?

rachell, if you don't feel the need for a buddy then I think next week would be best for you(basically what Stitches already said).

Hi Rachel,
Sorry for lack of response - we've just been rammed with people wanting to come along at the moment! Yeah, as previously said, I'd say come along next week. You've done Fresh Meat so signed your waiver and know that you like it, so next week will be the start of our 8 week schedule for newbies. We'll start from scratch and go over all the basics again.
