Hi girls and guys!

My name is Martin I'm Baby Cracks Ribs' Derby Widower!

I'm doing a 10 minute mock radio broadcast for Uni and I'm looking to do it on Roller Derby and I'd love to feature 3 ARRG members to interview and talk about why Derby is so awesome!

The broadcast won't actually feature on the radio as it's part of my coursework however it will be featured as a free podcast on iTunes! I'm not 100% up on the details yet but just trying to get organised. I'd love if you guys would let me take some samples from your training sessions to just some noises like wheels grinding along the floor! No cameras are involved it's purely sound. The end result would be editing the interviews in with some songs and sound effects to give the impression that 2 or 3 of you guys were being interviewed on a radio show. The important thing about this project is I have to talk to some experts so I thought I'd go right to the source!

Unfortunately I can't offer any payment but as I say the podcast will be free and I'd be super stoked if you guys had a listen! If any of you lovely people want to offer your help I'd be happy to buy you a drink and treat you to some nachos after a session or something?

Okay a little update!

So I've finally got all my coursework for this trimester which helps with me figuring out what is required of me.

I'm still looking for some of the girls to talk a bit about Roller Derby if anyone is interested. I pitched the idea to my lecturer and he thinks it's a great idea and hopefully it'll be another thing that could promote ARRG.

Even if any of you guys aren't especially interested if you could mention it the next time you guys practice in case anybody is interested in talking about Roller Derby. If you guys need to ask any questions about my project please don't hesitate to ask.
