For information, all ARRG training sessions are as follows, information on which ones you can attend can be found in the new skater introduction thread.
Wednesday 7:30 TO 9:30 at the Jack Kane Centre £5.00
Friday 7:00 TO 10:00 at Meadowbank Stadium £5.00 (bout ready members only - new skaters welcome to watch and NSO)
Sunday 2:45 to 4:45 at the Jack Kane Centre £5.00 (new skaters)
Sunday 1:00 - 3:00 at the Jack Kane Centre (advanced and off skates only)
