there is also a link to the rules in the new skater package so no matter what update there is, the new skater will always be reading the newest one. yeppers, saves a lotta paper too. do they ever tell you what parts they've updated or changed? rather than having to re-read it all over again to find it?
sorry... i meant "I will read it every night with my cocoa"!!! xx

It's not just for the new skaters though  It doesn't say clearly anywhere what has been changed. I read through earlier and nothing jumped out at me. Minimum standards are same.

There are a lot of changes but it is mainly clarification so there is less for refs to debate.

just for anyone who wasn't at practice last night (wed night) the updated rules WILL NOT be used for our up coming bout against CCR on the 23rd of may. when new rules come out, they are not abided until a month after their release as it is likely bouts have already been organised by then. hope this makes sense to everyone! so with this in mind, roll brittania and nassfest and BBDD (yeeha!!!) will all be under the new rules. hope i got this right! if not im sure ella will correct me teacher styleeee  xxxx

ok, im being thick, i admit it, but i was dirrected to our forum here to check out notes about the rules, but um, well, how the hell do i look at it?? ive been to the wfta or whatever it is website, and i have a copy of the rules, are the handouts that were given out not notes of the rules? haha.i love being dizzy.

have you been given a new skater package yet? if not, that will be becuz i've been sick and have missed a few praccies since they've been made. but. in it there is a link to the rules and a rules test to hand in. if you don't have one yet, i will be there on wed. to give it to you. u 'll know the rules when you see them. it's like 30 pages long and extrememly..(cough)...easy to undertstand...(cough) if you haven't read them before.
