Okay Folkees!

Rules tests time!

On Sunday 1st May at 14:15 at the Jack Kane Centre, just under 2 weeks time.

This is Fresh Meat Sunday, which will be the time for rules tests for the previous "batch" of fresh meat from now on.

The rules (which of course you have all been keenly reading and digesting?!) can be found on the WFTDA website here:

http://wftda.com/rules

Feel free to get in touch about anything regarding this.

So I take if we've passed mins, we don't go the big girl Sunday that day? Just come in for rules test and go to the Sunday on the 8th of May?

Exciting times, even though it's a test! Blarg!

DISAPPOINTMENT! I am away on a friend's Hen Weekend that Sunday

However, I still think I shall be revising because there is a lot to learn. Just had a look through this post and wanted to double check - the rules test will test the Rules, and Appendices A - C?

Andy, would the next rules test be during the next Fresh Meat intake?

SO MANY QUESTIONS!

Heh heh! questions! :gbanana:

The test is just for the rules themselves. The Appendices aren't assessed. Hand signals used to be but not any more.

The main tests will be every Fresh Meat Sunday, but don't fret too much about not managing to make it. There will be opportunities to sit/resit in between as well, when you feel ready to sit it, contact the refs ([email protected]) and we will see if we can fit you in at a practice or something.

Andy.

Great, thank you for that top tip.

Man, it's been ages since I've properly revised for stuff. Back on ye olde study horse.

Ok, I asked about this and those who passed Minimums would be at the big girls practice from 13:00-15:00 but I think you're gonna come out a bit earlier for the test.

Cheers,

Andy.

If you get concerned/confused about anything, you can post questions in the "Rules Chat" section of the forum, it's down at the bottom.
A tip. Sometimes a rule on its own can appear confusing, if you read through the lot, it may become clear. I reread them quite often, and I jump from section to section.
Some questions are on really dull stuff, so you need to read them all, Oh and the WFTDA site has a questions and clarifications section, which you may find a usefull read.
Good luck
