Also, for all you facebookers, for a nice easy daily digestion of rules there's Roller derby rule of the day:

http://www.facebook.com/RollerDerbyRuleoftheDay

Whoever does it has slowed down a little now, so it's more like weekly but you can look back at all the previous stuff and because people discuss it you can get a much better understanding of things.

There's some awesome geeky diagrams and flowcharts etc. too! :refbanana:

Hey everyone,

Rules tests time is approaching,

We haven't set a date yet but it will be *soon*

The rules (which of course you have all been keenly reading and digesting?!) can be found on the WFTDA website here:

http://wftda.com/rules

Feel free to get in touch about anything regarding this.

Hi Everyone,

WFTDA rules testing will be done 2-4pm on 11th September in the multipurpose room at Jack Kane Centre.

All skaters (and Ref) who have just gone through the fresh meat program should come.

Also, the following skaters also need to sit:

Anarchick
Apocalypse Cow
Crazylegs
Lois Maim
Zena Phobia
Aly-Lou Yeah
Daphne du Maulier
Debris Harry
Depeche Maud
Kaos Moss
Lilo and Stitches
Miss Chief
Sunny Sheeba
Bobscene Behaviour
Booty-Lou-Licious
Bruise Leigh
Bulletproof Glass
Caustic Kitty
Chiqui Beech
Ciderella
Courtney Shove
Fanny Thunders
Fergatron
Heidi Ho
Kiki Pearson
KillaWatts
Maulibu Barbie
Psychobeing
Strawberry Shortfuse
Sweaty Boop
Xanadu Damage
Yin & Bang

Please bring a black or blue pen. Paper will be provided.

The idea is that the newer skaters will sit tests before their session at 2:45pm and the skaters that have just done their off skates training will do tests afterwards until 4pm.

The WFTDA rules can be found here: http://www.wftda.com/rules

Please feel free to get in touch with me if you have any questions or problems. ([email protected])

Cheers,

Andy.

Just checked and you did indeed pass the one in May. Sorry.

Andy.

So many names...

Some of the newer league members may not be on the list above, eg. those of you that sat min skills tests in April this year.

Basically, if you've never done a test, if you have done a test but failed, or it's been a year since you passed one then come and do one!

Fankoo!

Andy.

The test session is booked from 2-4 pm so that overlaps both sessions. Come at 2pm and it won't eat into the practice that starts at 2:45.

Likewise, those doing the 1-3 session come at 3pm.

Could everyone please bring a pen cos mine are all pretty old and unreliable
