Listen up Fresh Meat lovelies! This Sunday's training will be used as a revision session for your minimum skills tests which are swiftly approaching.
Is there anything in perticular that people would like to work on? I'm hoping that the session will be quite informal and we can just concentrate on areas where people feel they need extra practice.
If you have anything you would like covered, either leave a note here, or PM me (preferably by Saturday afternoon which is when I will print my lesson plan).
See you on Sunday! xxx

I think most people are a bit paranoid about their T-stops.

I agree about some folk being paranoid about the T-stops! I know i'm a bit sh*t at them on the JK floor. Another thing is that when i've mentioned the 180 knee fall to some newer FM, they didn't know what I was talking about...so maybe just a quick go over! Fair excited about a Tarty practice as missed the last one you did

I agree with everything said so far. I'd also like to have a wee go at jumping and hopping as I haven't done much of it on JK floor in a bit. One foot gliding too.

Ciff notes: 1) Protect your overies. 2) Never use your arms. 3) Use hips, shoulder or whole body! (soft tissue not boney bits or you'll hurt yourself) 4) If you can aim for thigh's and sweep them off your feet. 5) Get your speed up it's more fun =) Oh yeah and Rule 0 DERBY STANCE!
