How much help? I've done a fair bit of webby stuff, but the technical bit - I suck at the making it look pretty bit...

I, also, offer my hand if required. I'm ok at making things look pretty, so long as you know how you want it to look. Rich sounds like the person to talk to about the really techie stuff - my PHP is pretty basic, and my XML is practically non-existent. CSS and HTML though, I'd be happy to help out.
