Lovely double bedroom for rent in a five person flat on South Clerk Street (Newington), £330 per month plus about £20 per month for bills, from Sept tp June. Modern kitchen, very big living room (avec free Sky!). The room looked onto the garden so it's nice and quiet. Unfortunately I've been kicked out for the festival, so I have pics but wouldn't be able to show you around. (Although could prob work something out with the landlord if you were definitely interested!). Would suit students best as we're all students.
