Yeah i'm defo going  i missed last week's bowhill as i had a sore back from beasting it at the gym the day before. any ideas what you would like to work on? i would like to do some agility footwork stuff at some point of the morning who else is up for some bowhill fun? |

Toe-stop running and transitions are a must for me! Some agility stuff would be great too! Maybe some hitting in prep for scrimmage sunday? Basically everything ha! |

I was actually thinking of coming to try and alleviate my frozen back. If anyone has any tips I would greatly appreciate it. I am pretty use to the cold mucking about with the metal down my spine but last night I could barely skate a lap without it ceasing. I have been going to the gym a lot more in prep for Canada but I figure more time just skating might be what I need. xx |
