Yeah i'm defo going  i missed last week's bowhill as i had a sore back from beasting it at the gym the day before. any ideas what you would like to work on? i would like to do some agility footwork stuff at some point of the morning who else is up for some bowhill fun?

Toe-stop running and transitions are a must for me! Some agility stuff would be great too! Maybe some hitting in prep for scrimmage sunday? Basically everything ha!
